Camp Character is held from June 1, 2010 to July31, 2010. The targeted participants are students, 6-16 years old, who attend middle and high schools in Clayton, Henry and surrounding counties. The summer youth camp will be a FUN experience, yet a structured environment for the teens. Youth Under Construction, Inc. has the parents in mind because they need a place where they can take their young adults and know that it is an affordable quality program. The components include the following – Character Education, Leadership Skills, Tobacco, Alcohol & Drug Use Prevention, Community Service, Building Self-Esteem, Etiquette, Money Management, Abstinence, Career Development, Academic Enrichment, and more.
